K-STATE SELECTS 23 STUDENTS TO LEAD SUMMER ORIENTATION
Kansas State University has selected 23 undergraduates to serve as leaders, parent hosts and program assistants for the summer orientation and enrollment program.
Orientation is designed to assist students and their families who are new to K-State. Orientation leaders share information about resources, services, activities and facilities available at the university through large and small group sessions.
To prepare for their duties, orientation leaders train during the spring semester and early summer, fine-tuning their knowledge of campus resources, developing presentations for new students and learning leadership skills.
Delta Sigs selected as orientation leaders include:
Wayne Stoskopf, junior in agribusiness, Hoisington.
Paul Mintner, junior in political science, Higginsville, Mo.
