Initiated and Pledge Members may login using their K-State ID. If you have not setup your profile ask Dan what the default password is and then change it upon logging in. This is a registered portion of the website and has a lot of cool features. There are document groups so certain documents are only available to initiated members. Alumni may request an account as we have setup a forum and a group area of the website.

• A proven track record of campus and community involvement
• At the time of attendance, have completed two full years of college and still be an undergraduate
• Member of Delta Sigma Phi and in good standing

Costs you nothing--transportation, lodging and food are all covered.

Brotherhood Retreat 

The Brotherhood Retreat is a regionally based program that allows new initiates to extend their fraternal experience beyond their own chapter/colony. Select upperclassmen serve as small group mentors while a team of alumni volunteers and headquarters staff members lead the large group sessions. Held over a weekend, the program provides our men the unique opportunity to be focused exclusively on Delta Sigma Phi, our ritual and the concept of brotherhood: what it is, what it means to us, what we can do to promote and sustain it, and what can threaten it if not attended to. Interactive discussions, exercises and personal reflection allow participants the opportunity to expand their network of brothers. The ultimate goal of the retreat is to deepen the participants’ understanding of brotherhood so that they can return to their chapters/colonies as better brothers themselves and more capable of building better men among their peers.

Regional Leadership Academy

The Regional Leadership Academy (RLA) is a day-long program designed to provide valuable training to undergraduate leaders and volunteers of Delta Sigma Phi. Participants increase their knowledge and skills in areas such as recruitment, finances, risk management, and other areas of chapter operations.

In January and February of 2007, the Fraternity held seven RLAs across the country with total participation of more than 750 undergraduates and alumni volunteers.

The RLA for the Alpha Upsilon and other chapters in our region will be February 2 - St. Louis, MO at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel.
