Automatic Withdrawal

Our preferred way to process recurring donations, Delta Sig is now offering supporters the ability to set up automated ACH (Automated Clearing House) withdrawals from your bank account to ours.  Please print off the following PDF Form and mail it in.  Your bank account will be automatically debited with the amount or donation plan you choose.

Check / Cash Donation

You always have the option to mail in your cash or check payment to Delta Sig at any time.  By filling out the Donation Interest Form on the previous page, you have pledged your support to our chapter.  We'll be in contact with you to set up donation payment options that fit your individual needs.  When mailing funds, please use the following address:
