Welcome Alumni Brothers & Friends!

The Alpha Upsilon Chapter at K-State is one of a kind!  The grand successes of our chapter both on and off campus are a testament to its constant endeavor in producing great leaders of society.  Nevertheless, amidst the 86 year history of our chapter, one area that has lacked consistency has been alumni relations.

Over the past three years, our Alumni Corporation Board (ACB) has made one of its missions to re-establish a strong and consistent alumni relations program.  Through collaborations with Invision Strategic Marketing, we were able to produce our first high-quality newsletter.  Our consultant at InVision Strategic Marketing, Brother Lee Dueringer (Alpha Alpha Chapter Initiate), is no stranger to the Alpha Upsilon Chapter.  Since his first visit to the chapter in the 1960's as a traveling consultant for the national fraternity, Lee has maintained consistent contact with our chapter.  He has been charged with assisting the ACB in the revitatlization of our alumni programs.  More over, Lee is also heading our fundraising iniatives, which allows the ACB to focus more on maintenance of the chapter house, active chapter support and alumni relations.

In 2010, we held our first alumni reunion in years.  With more than 100 alumni and friends attending the reunion, it was a huge success.  In continuing with our new tradition of consistent alumni relations, we'll be hosting our 2011 Alumni Reunion Friday, October 28 - 29.  For details about the reunion, please click here.
